3. Check whether the valve opening and closing positions of each pipeline are correct (sludge inlet valve is open, spray inlet valve is open, and sewage bottom valve is closed)
4. The external power supply should be connected correctly
5. Check the terminal screws inside the electrical box. If there is any looseness, tighten them again and push the power switch to the ON position
6. Push the main power switch inside the electrical operation box to the ON state, check if there are any abnormalities in the electrical components and contacts, and confirm that they are normal before pushing on the 220V control power switch
7. Check if the rotation direction of the drive motor of the dehydrator body is correct (the correct rotation direction is counterclockwise from the discharge direction of the filter cake), otherwise damage or malfunction may occur
8. Turn on the control switch of the drug injection pump, check if the direction of rotation of the drug injection pump is correct, and check if the flocculant solution can be input normally. If there is air in the pump, the remaining air can be discharged by replacing it with exhaust or adding water to ensure the normal delivery of the solution
9. Check if there are any abnormalities in the operation of the mixing mixer, so that the flocculant and sewage are fully stirred and reacted
10. Turn on the control switch of the sludge pump, check whether the rotation direction of the sludge pump is correct, and check whether the raw sewage liquid can be input normally. If there is air in the pump, exhaust the residual air or add water to ensure the normal transmission of sewage
11. After all the above actions are put into operation normally, observe the coagulation of alum flowers in the mixing reaction tank, adjust the flocculant flow rate of the drug injection pump, and observe the outflow of filtrate between the fixed laminations in the concentration section. It is required that the filtrate is clear and basically free of sludge solids; Observe the moisture content of the sludge at the outlet, adjust the gap between the back pressure plates, and observe the output of the sludge filter cake. Adjust the sludge pump reflux valve next to the conditioning tank to match the treated sludge volume with this model
